Purpose
We aim to lift the burdens of the poor and hurting by distributing food, medicine, and supplies, hosting two open-air crusades, providing teaching for pastors and leaders, and delivering baseball equipment to local communities.
Trip Cost & Payment Deadline
- Cost: $1,000 (Due by March 17, 2025)
- Includes lodging, meals, ground transportation, and in-country ministry support
- Airfare not included ($580 – $750 economy class)
- Cuba Visa: Approximately $85 (can be obtained online or at MIA Airport)
- Airfare Details:
- Depart from Miami International (MIA) to Havana on AA flight 1447 at 9:25 AM on April 2, 2025
- Return flights from Havana on April 5 can be arranged based on your preference
What to Expect
Cuba’s weather will be hot, humid, and possibly rainy, with limited air conditioning. Electricity is similar to the U.S. (110V) but may be unreliable. While Cuban currency may not be accepted everywhere, euros and dollars are sometimes used informally. Meals will typically include rice and beans with fruit and some meat. The culture is warm and welcoming, with people open to ministry, but it’s best to avoid social media posts until you return to the U.S.
What to Bring
Pack clothes for three days, as no laundry services will be available. Bring personal items such as medicine, toiletries, snacks, and any comforts you may need. Additional details will be provided before departure regarding items for pastors and leaders.

The itinerary will be provided after securing your spot, and Zoom or in-person meetings will be scheduled for updates.
